Privacy Policy

KRANEW Technologies ("Kranew", "we", "us") commits to protecting the operational privacy of our transport group clients.

1. Data Ownership

All fleet telemetry, customer rate cards, driver documents, and financial ledgers remain 100% the property of the customer organization. Kranew never sells or shares commercial operational intelligence.

2. AI Training Boundary

Customer data processed through the Governed AI Engine is never used to train public foundation models. Every prompt and inference is isolated within the customer's dedicated private tenant.

3. Regulatory Compliance

We adhere to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and international data confidentiality standards for corporate fleet operators.
